Last Updated: April 24, 2020, 2019

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible here unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Aamirah & Associates,LLC (herein called “WE”), operates aamirahonline.com, herein called the “Website”. The Website features educational spiritual and wellness information, and offers to purchase coaching via one-on-one coaching, distance coaching, group coaching or online classes in a private member area, herein called the “Service”.

This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decides to use the Service on aamirahonline.com, including associated subdomains.
If you choose to use the Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We only collect information about you if we have a reason to do so–for example, to provide our Service, to communicate with you, or to make our Service better.

We collect information in three ways: if and when you provide information to us, automatically through operating our Service, and from outside sources. Let’s go over the information that we collect.

Information You Provide.

We ask for basic information from you when you opt-in to our mailing list or request a free product or service offering. For example, we require individuals who wish to download a free offer to provide their name and email address. If you buy something from us, for example – a subscription to one of our coaching plans or courses – you will provide additional personal and payment information that is required to process the transaction such as your name, credit card information, and contact information. You may also provide information when you respond to surveys, send us a support question, or post a comment on our public forums. We refer to the information you provide as “Member Information.”

Information We Collect Automatically.

Like most online service providers, we automatically collect information that web browsers, mobile devices, and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, IP address, unique device identifiers, language preference, the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms which referred you to the Website, and information about how you interact with the Website. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”

We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
– “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier.
– “Log files” track actions occurring on the Website, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
– “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Website.

Controlling Cookies

We use cookies for a number of different purposes. Some cookies are necessary for technical reasons; some enable a personalized experience for both visitors and members; some allow the display of advertising from selected third party networks.

Visitors may wish to restrict the use of cookies or completely prevent them from being set. Most browsers provide for ways to control cookie behavior such as the length of time they are stored – either through built-in functionality or by utilizing third-party plugins. If you disable cookies, please be aware that some of the features of the Service may not function correctly.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use the Member Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Service (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).

Additionally, we use this Member Information to:
• Communicate with you;
• Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
• When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Website (for example, by generating analytics about how our visitors browse and interact with the Website, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

For example, we use Google Analytics to help us understand how our visitors use the Website. You can read more about how Google uses your Personal Information here: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We may employ third-party companies and individuals for the following reasons:
• To facilitate our Service,
• To provide the Service on our behalf,
• To perform Service-related services.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

THIRD PARTY ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICS

Ads appearing on the Website may be delivered by advertising networks. Other parties may also provide analytics services via our Services. These ad networks and analytics providers may set tracking technologies (like cookies) to collect information about your use of our Services and across other websites and online services. These technologies allow these third parties to recognize your device to compile information about you or others who use your device. This information allows us and other companies to, among other things, analyze and track usage, determine the popularity of certain content, and deliver advertisements that may be more targeted to your interests. Please note this Privacy Policy only covers the collection of information by wombschool.com and does not cover the collection of information by any third party advertisers or analytics providers.

DATA RETENTION

We generally discard information about you when we no longer need it for the purposes for which we collect and use it. See How We Use Information above. Also if we are not legally required to continue to keep it.

In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take necessary actions.
