Booking Terms of Service
Please read and accept the terms before making an appointment….
This Agreement is between Aamirah Branch (Intuitive Consultant), and You (Client) for a persona intuitive consultation or personal ritual.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The Consultation/Ritual Fee must be prepaid in full, payable by credit/debit card prior to the scheduled appointment time. If you book an appointment before making payment, the booking will be cancelled within 24 hours if payment is not received.
You maintain the right to cancel payment and receive a refund within 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation session. Cancellation must be done in writing by email to hey@aamirahonline.com.
No refunds will be issued after the 24-hour grace period or after the scheduled consultation time, even if you are a No Show. You will be offered a courtesy reschedule or credit for future appointment if you cancel or do not show within the grace period.
Consultation sessions will be conducted via Google Meet or Freeconferencecall.com. You will not be required to have an account with Google or Freeconferencecall.com to access the call. Simply use the link in the notification email. Aamirah will initiate the call with you at the agreed upon time. If you do not respond within ten minutes after the scheduled time, the appointment will be canceled. No exceptions. If you are late, the session may last only until the appointed end time as Aamirah may have other clients waiting and may not be able to consult with you beyond your scheduled end time. Note the refund policy above if you miss the session.
If you need to reschedule a session, as a courtesy, please notify Aamirah via email at hey@aamirahonline.com for rescheduling options.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Anything that is said or revealed in the sessions between you and Aamirah is privileged information and will not be disclosed to any outside party. However, please be aware that the Coach-Client relationship is not considered a legally confidential relationship (like the medical and legal professions) and thus communications are not subject to the protection of any legally recognized privilege. Aamirah agrees not to disclose any non-identifiable information pertaining to you without your explicit consent.

You understand and agree that consultations or rituals conducted by Aamirah are not to be used as a substitute for professional advice for legal, medical, financial, business, or other purposes. You understand that all decisions made in these areas based on information provided by Aamirah are made at your own discretion and you acknowledge that any decisions or actions undertaken as a result of the consultations or rituals recommended by Aamirah are for informational purposes only and are undertaken at your own risk and personal responsibility.
Aamirah reserves the right to reject your booking if she feels you are not a good fit for the services at this time. If that is the case, your booking will be cancelled, and payment refunded. Thank you for understanding.
By booking a consultation, you signify that you agree with the information laid out in these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not book a session. You may want to print this page for your records.
