What I gained from this course, not only during the sessions, but the material, wise knowledge shared by Elder Aamirah and all class participants, feels a bit surreal when I think it was only a four session course. It felt so rich with deep knowledge. Its teachings did not end for me when the course ended. The guided meditation seemed to have opened up an ability for me to meditate and receive messages that I had never before experienced. It created an opening for me, or starting point that I can actually put into practice.
